Weekly Update! (2023-05-07)
Heya peeps!
Looks like I’ve been able to collect my paperwork and get everything straightened out! My spreadsheets are updated and everything appears to be in order! I’m going to be closing my submission form as I’ve talked to everyone who’s submitted anything (though the one for our Patreons will remain open,) but I’ll let you all know when we open up again so you can get your submissions in! n.n
Once the big commissions are done, we’ll see about pivoting to a running list or SotS-style commission format again (that’s Sketch on the Spot for those of you who are newer). Now that I’m no longer on active social media (i.e. Twitter), I feel a little more comfortable about posting my Discord, though I won’t be doing that JUST yet. Once I do a bit more site updating and cleaning up around the discord information channels, then I’ll feel better about opening it up in a limited capacity so that new people can join the streams and such!
Still, commissions are coming along well, and I’m finally approaching the end of the real list! It’s been a long time coming, but everything feels doable now! My comic work has been… non-existent this quarter, unfortunately, but it’s only been one month so far, so perhaps things will change here in May. If not, though, I still have high hopes for the rest of the year!
I’m also working on something with a friend of mine (Azure Dreamer), which I’m hoping will be out in three or four months or so. It’ll be fun, and we’re bouncing things off one another, which is always enjoyable. And then, I have a big project I want to aim for being out in August or September, but we’ll have to see how the moving situation goes before I can even attempt to think about messing with that!
Still, we’ll keep on working at it! For once, money hasn’t been a problem, and I’m starting to be able to save, so hopefully the future continues to brighten as we head towards the midpoint of the year.

I’ve got about six more jobs or so before I’m solidly back within the 90 day turn around again (it slipped a bit in the last couple of months) and I’m still hoping to get within a 30 day turn around by the end of July! If things keep going the way they are, then that seems very within the realm of possibility!
