Hello there, fox friends!

The week has arrived, and we’re making the final preparations for the coming move! We’ve already packed up a large number of boxes and moved them into the den, and now we’re just getting the remaining things from the various rooms and moving them forward so we can check off each one in sequence as we clean it out.

On Thursday, we’ll have our last run through and our last normal night here before getting everything completely packed away on Friday morning. The handyman will come and inspect the place then and then we’ll be off!

We’ll be making two hotel stops along the way and should arrive in the metro Chicago area on Sunday evening. From there we’ll be staying in an AirBnB for a week as we try to nail down a place that we can stay for about year or so until we can find something a bit more stable.

I don’t know how long it’ll be before I can make regular updates again. I’m hoping that we’ll be settled in a new place by the Sunday after next, at least enough for me to get my computer set up, but it could take a lot longer than that.

I will be able to work on things as soon as I get my equipment set up, of course, and I will, so at that point it’ll just be whether or not I have internet access aside from my phone.

Depending on the provider and the situation, it could happen quickly or it could take a week or so, maybe longer. I’m hoping that’s not the case, but I’ll be doing my best to keep everyone up to date on the situation.

I didn’t get as much as I would have liked to get done, but I’m at least satisfied with the quality of the work that was done.

The bigger sequences will have to wait, but I’m going to be chipping away at those as soon as I have access to my computer again on the other end of things.

It’ll be a big upheaval, no doubt. I’m going to be changing my process and how I organize myself a bit, but hopefully it’ll be a change for the better.

Finishing the list and returning to my comic projects are my number one priority after the dust settles, so I hope to see all of you on the other side of that. It’s been a crazy month, and it’s going to be another crazy one, but I hope once October rolls around that this ghost will be back in full force!

We’ll have to see when we get there.

I’ll try my best to post short messages so y’all can keep tabs on me, though I may not have access to update the site for a bit. We’ll see what happens, but I’ll post journals on my various galleries, and I’ll be on Discord for sure.

I’ll do my best to take care of myself and be safe, and when I see y’all next, I’ll be happy to update y'all with any new developments!
